I wanted to take a moment and Thank You for all of your knowledge and caring during a very hard time.

I thought the only answer for me would be foreclosure, I owed more than the house was worth, and due to personal matters, I needed to sell ASAP. At the time I did not think that would be possible,

In 2005 when I moved back from Florida and purchased the house you were my agent and you had a challenging task trying to assist a buyer who was out of state, but you worked with me, and I made the purchase, which suited my needs at that time.

Who new how much life would change from 2005-2009??!! Sickness, pay-cuts, family illnesses, and the house was no longer fitting into the mix, and the only way to make it work was to sell. The market took a dive, and I had refinanced to put some work into the house to bring up the value(who knew at that time not to invest any more into a market that would eventually be sinking). Well, feeling desperate to move on, and not be stressed about finances and bills, I thought the only way out was to just foreclose on the house, but I called you in to see if there were other options.

Well, that was one of the best choices I have made in a long time!!!! You explained short sales to me and the process, since I was out on disability for a while and truly had financial hardship at the time, you advised me to go the short sale route and not foreclosure. I have to admit to you, that afternoon in October I was still very skeptical and did not think this was going to happen, I really thought I would give it a shot but would ultimately run out of time, and have to foreclose anyway.

My Mom was living with me at that time and her health was failing, During the whole time I never had to worry about a thing, you took care of everything so that I was able to concentrate on my Mother and taking care of her and being there for her. You were the best!!!!! Not only were you professional, knowledgeable, and available for all my calls and questions, you were also caring and compassionate to what I was going through.

Well, here I am less than an year from when we first sat and discussed short sale option and my house was sold, and it was painless, and a wonderful experience to deal with someone like yourself. And to think I doubted being able to achieve a short sale!!!!!!

I want to Thank you for everything you did professionally and personally, I will be recommending you to anyone I know looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, Real Estate Agent, who also has a personality and compassion. You are the total Package!!!!
